In Holland, we developed a unique breed
of sheep. This kind of sheep can produce
a wool of unrivalled quality. Our sheep
have adapted to a very windy and harsh
environment to produce a unique, long
wool fiber with a high crinkle factor
and a high natural lanolin content.
Our wool is capable of absorbing an
incredible 35% of its own weight in
water, and then transferring this water
to the atmosphere. In addition, our
wool is highly elastic, flexible, and
durable.
Our wool is especially well suited to
sleep products because of its superior
durability, insulation, and moisture
regulation. Products made from our wool
are softer, thicker, warmer, and longer
lasting. In order to preserve the many
natural benefits of our sheep wool,
we have developed a unique cleaning
process which produces an exceptionally
clean wool, while retaining a high natural
lanolin content without using any bleaches
or chemicals. Our products are duvets,
mattress pads and pillows.

From
wool to duvet
1. Sheep wool
arriving at the factory where
it is cleaned using a unique non-chemical
process.

The wool is carded to align the
fibers, which provides optimal
softness, thermal insulation,
and moisture regulation.
3.
Depending on the required thickness
of the duvet, one or more layers
of wool are quilted between pure
cotton.
4.
The duvets are cut to the correct
size and sorted.
5. The duvet is finished with a seam
binding, labeled, and given a
final inspection.
