Live
and Cooked Lobsters:
Lobsters are normally caught from spring
through to autumn and "rested"
in our sea tanks for at least 24 hours
before despatch. Normally the smaller
the lobster is, the higher the price
will be. Lobsters are freshly cooked
to order within our factory. Seasonal
supply and demand affect price dramatically.
Scallop Meat:
Scallops meats are "chunked"
or cut year round, lightly washed and
packed within our factory. The meats
are sold either fresh or frozen.

Raw
tail (frozen) headless prawns:
This is gross weight, the tails
are covered in a protective glaze.
These will need defrosting before
cooking.
