Crab and crabmeat  Crabs are the core part of our business. Live crabs can be stored in our sea water holding tanks for the shortest period to ensure top quality for our customers. Our processing factory can cook and process live crabs into fresh cooked crabs, vacuum packed pasteurised crabs, vacuum packed frozen crabs, crabmeats and dressed crabs. The majority of our whole cooked crabs are female.

Scallop Meat  Scallops meats are "chunked" or cut year round, lightly washed and packed within our factory. The meats are sold either fresh or frozen.

Raw tail (frozen) headless prawns  This is gross weight, the tails are covered in a protective glaze. These will need defrosting before cooking.

The Non-Food Segment:

Pumpkin powder  Pumpkin powder is manufactured from mature pumpkins, which are milled and drum-dried on roller dryers. Our product is 100% pure pumpkin powder with high microbiological quality levels. It does not contain any other ingredients or food additives. It is used as an ingredient in the manufacture of packaged soups and sauces and a natural colouring agent in pasta and flour mixes.

Frozen sweetcorn puree  Frozen sweetcorn puree is made from freshly-milled supersweet corn kernels. The sweetcorn is harvested at the correct maturity, cut, blanched, cooled and blast frozen. Frozen corn puree is 100% pure and does not contain any other ingredients or food additives. It is used as an ingredient in the manufacture of packaged beverages, soups and sauces as well as pie fillings, confectionery, snacks and liquid soups.

Kiwifruit seeds  Kiwifruit seeds are extracted, dried and sold to condiment manufacturers and oil extraction companies. The oil in the seed is considered to have excellent skin care properties. The oil produced from them, are used in the manufacture of condiments and cosmetics. The seeds are also used in baking products.
