Leather processing
factory:
In America, Sriwork has a Leather factory
and is producing excellent leather products.
It has unparalleled craftsmanship and highly
skilled staff. Each step ensures the superiority
of the finished product. The production process
as follows:
|
Quality of Materials:
Sriwork imports excellent skins and choose only
from the top ten percent of the skins available
in the world. Our unique selection includes Butter
Skin and our own Sriwork Lite (both done using English
domestic lambskin). Our fabric choices emphasize
quality as well: from fine imported cashmere for
reversible jackets to superb Benberg jacquard for
linings. All of the leather and material must meet
the exacting our specifications.
 |
Matching:
Matching is the first inspection step of many
that goes into the construction of a Sriwork
Leather garment. This process demands a keen
eye to sort the six - seven skins carefully
(per garment), while matching them for consistency
in color, grain texture and thickness. Plus,
it takes a special talent to determine the
suitability of a particular skin for the style
that is being cut.
|
Cutting:
Cutting for our Leather requires an excellent eye
and a steady hand. Again, consistency is key here,
in color, grain texture and thickness. In addition,
our cutters have perfected the ability to know the
part of the skin that works best for each part of
the garment.
 |
Bundling:
The next step, bundling, sets up the quality
for the rest of the production. To make sure
the cutting was successful in matching and
that there are no imperfections, the bundler
closely examines each piece that will go into
the making of the garment. Once all the pieces
pass muster for their quality and consistency,
they are bundled together.
|
Fusing:
Perfect adhesion of the fusing material (fusible)
to the leather means that there are no bubbles or
wrinkles in either layer. Proper fusing results
in flawless collars, cuffs and plackets that lay
just so without puckering. While straight pieces
are fused by machine, we fuse all of our curved
pieces by hand.
 |
Pocket
and Seam Detail:
The quality of our leather stitch work is
much in evidence on our pockets, top stitching
and other details. We demand precisely ten
stitches to the inch, no matter if a seam
is straight or curved. Clean and smooth, every
seam is pucker-free with solid tacking at
the end of each detail.
|
Sewing:
After pockets and seam detailing are complete, it
all gets put together. Sewing and assembly call
for special dexterity, particularly when setting
the sleeves and collar. Likewise, to correctly join
the lining to the garment and attach the zipper
requires unique skills. Properly done to the Sriwork
Leather standard, of course, means less puckering.
 |
Finishing:
Sriwork Leather finishing equals a beautiful,
wrinkle-free product with instant hanger appeal,
ready to go out on the sales floor. For this,
we press the entire garment, not just the
cuffs and collar. Finally, we sew on the buttons
and attach the snaps, both of the highest
calibre, so that their line-up is perfect
with no bubbling or waving.
|
Final Inspection:
Before a Sriwork Leather item leaves our premises,
it must go through an exacting final inspection.
We are extremely particular here and never let a
garment pass that has an imperfection or irregularity.
Every garment is scrutinized once more for leather
quality, color match, seam work, finish detail,
fit and more. Only after a piece has been found
to be flawless is it suitable for shipping.
 |
Warehousing
and Shipping:
The operation is clean, orderly and functional.
We ship complete and on time by designated
freight carrier in crush-proof hanger boxes.
The order arrives promptly, in perfect condition,
and free of wrinkles or creases.
|
Customer Service:
Both our sales team and customer service department
are here to respond quickly, courteously and positively.
Furthermore, we will go out of our way to facilitate
a sale for our retailers, even if it means a special
cutting or special handling of an order. Our products
are being sold not only in America but also in European
countries and some Asian countries.
